It’s been a while since we’ve shared a project with you and this spring and summer have been filled with good ones! One that stands out, is a project we completed early in July for a couple who wanted to repurpose the wife’s wedding ring into pieces she would wear every day in honor of their tenth anniversary. She is active with her hands and her prong-set eternity band just wasn’t easy for her to wear every day, wasn’t her style and she had lost a few of the diamonds. The couple had a clear of idea of what they wanted and took an active role in the design process, which is always awesome for us.
So what did they make out of the eternity band??? First, a beautiful rose gold ID bracelet with with their wedding date in Arabic.
Next there was a pair of rose gold earrings and then, finally, to use the last diamond, we made a small simple rose gold stackable ring. The ring was very sweet, something she could layer with other rings — a piece she could easily wear every day. It was such a pleasure to work with such a great couple who were so excited to create something new and different.
