- All items must be received unused and in their original condition with any necessary tags attached. M. Flynn reserves the right to refuse any returns without tags or packaging.
- All returns must be made within 15-days of delivery or purchase.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
- Receipt of original purchase must be included
- Please include your email address, day-time telephone number, and reason for return.
- All sale items are FINAL unless damaged or defective.
- M. Flynn DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces or special orders.
- M. Flynn DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on candles or fragrances.
- M. Flynn cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. To ensure that items are not damaged upon return please use bubble wrap and sturdy boxes.
