M. Flynn ships by USPS priority mail and UPS. Please select the shipping option that works best for you and your timing. M. Flynn will track packages to their destination but once the package is marked “delivered” by the shipping company, M. Flynn is not responsible for the security package once it has reached it’s destination. We suggest that you ship all your packages to a secure location. Please contact us directly if you have questions about shipping your piece.

If you can’t find your package, don’t panic yet! Once the package leaves our store, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control. We first suggest looking for the package in all places the carrier could have left it (back door, side door, mailroom, a neighbor). If you still can’t find it, contact your local post office or UPS location. They may have it! If not, submit a claim with the carrier and if you can’t track down the package within 5 days, text us at 617-292-0079. We will look into it as best we can.
