We recently worked with a client who was interested in re-purposing two of his mother’s rings and create a custom engagement ring. His girlfriend loved the idea of a non-traditional piece, and was also attracted to delicate and feminine rings. We combined these ideas and created the leaf detail on either side of the band; giving the ring a unique twist on the traditional halo. The five stones used to create the leaf were from either side of his mother’s original engagement ring. Using the remaining stones in the wedding band, we created the classic halo. To accommodate the bride’s active and busy lifestyle, we intentionally set the stone low.

The end result is a beautiful custom engagement ring, that joins a sentimental family stones with the custom details that will make the piece the client’s own and truly special.
