Custom doesn’t happen overnight and sometimes it takes weeks to come together. At any given time we are working on a range of other projects so our timing might depend on the given pipeline of projects.

Most custom projects will take us 4-8 weeks to complete unless otherwise noted. Some projects are fast and easy, for instance, maybe they are similar to pieces we have created in the past or just a classic, straightforward design. In those cases, we can sneak simple projects into our calendar easily.

Other custom projects may take a bit more thought and planning. Why? Maybe we need to source stones or really think about how your existing stones will work well in a new piece. Sometimes we have to re-cut stones and adjust CADs several times until the design is just right. These steps all take time and the most important thing is for us to always exceed your expectations.
