Sales Support:

• Work closely with customers across all channels to make decisions on purchases, returns, repairs and exchanges
• Create a positive and rewarding client experience that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions, maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Help to support sales team to reach sales goals through managing customer inquiries, and identifying opportunities
• Consistently and accurately capture client data and all customer inquiries in support of building and developing lasting relationships
• Develop strong product knowledge of the entire line of M. Flynn’s products and designer products

• Independently and proactively resolve client issues and assist with customer service
• Help with in store event planning and outreach

• Assist with sales support tasks as needed

Marketing Support:

• Assist marketing team with social media content, emails and other projects
• Assist with new product launches and outreach
• Assist with marketing tasks as needed

• Extremely strong and proven sales skills
• Can work in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with jewelry, experience in a high-end retail setting strongly preferred
• Strong styling eye and personal taste level
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Solution Oriented, self-starter
