Juler’s Row began as a jewelry blog created by Julie Bishop in 2011. Her love of jewelry inspired her to take things to the next level when she began to work with her mother, Amy, to create “jewelry art”. Thus, Juler’s Row jewelry was born. We love their colorful and playful pieces and how well they mix with finer jewelry.
